For reference I ordered a custom printed shirt and a crewneck with custom embroidery both made from images I sent them. Overall my experience with Custom Caps was amazing. The website was much easier to use than other brands I had tried to use create these gifts, they also have more selection. Their customer service was excellent, and they responded to my emails very quickly which is rare with customer service nowadays. they recreated the images I sent pretty much perfectly. Both items were gifts and the images were art they had drawn, and both of them were amazed how well they came to life! I would definitely order from here again and recommend this brand to others!

The hat is nice, fits well and is comfortable.
The logo on the hat turned out blurry compared to the mock up that was provided, not sure if it was a one time error or something with the logo file, seems like the printer resolution maybe wasn't high enough. The look good enough to be a work hat but not good enough I would want to give out to people.

UPDATE: custom caps reached out and sent new hats with the logo printed on a leather patch and it looks much better I'm super happy with the results of the new hat and appreciate them fixing the issue.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Shees, who absolutely killed it! Made the back and forth and design mock up seamless. My hats showed up in a quick time frame and were packaged with care. Highly recommend Custom Caps Canada
