Start by selecting the product you want to customize - hats, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, bags, or accessories. Choose your preferred style, colour, and size before moving on to customization.
Customize Your Design
Upload your logo, add text, or use our online designer to create your look. No design experience needed — our team reviews every order and prepares a clean, professional mockup for your approval before production.
Production
Once approved, your order goes into production at our Canadian facility. We use industry-leading embroidery, DTF printing, and patch techniques to ensure high-quality, long-lasting results.
Shipping & Delivery
After production, your order is carefully packed and shipped using the delivery option selected at checkout. Most orders are completed within 5–11 business days, depending on the product and customization method.
