I was very happy with the quality of the hats I ordered, but somewhat underwhelmed with the embroidered work. The "C" appears smaller on the hat than I would have liked, and the material used doesn't stick out very far from the surface of the hat (is very flat compared to other letters I have seen embroidered onto hats)

Overall, I feel I got what I paid for, and if I order more in the future, I will be more specific with my requirements.

Hats turned out great! I ordered two to see quality and how I’d like them. The design team was quick with response and dealt with all my last minute changes. The hats turned out better than I expected.
I’ll be ordering more soon.
