I have a lot of experience dealing with customer service for a variety of services and merchandise. So, I feel like i'm very qualified to leave a review for the service i received while ordering a hat with my company logo. The mockup is important to us because we go through a lot of hats. From employees to youth teams I sponsor, to promotions etc... we go through mountains of baseball hats. I dealt exclusively with a fella names Shees. To say he was great is an understatement.
