DTF Printing:

Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing offers a vibrant, high-quality "screen print-like" finish. This technique is ideal for printing complex designs and detailed images, providing a durable and eye-catching result. Best suitable for 5-Panel hats, hoodies and shirts.

3D Puff Embroidery:

Take your designs to the next level with 3D Puff embroidery, where foam is placed inside the embroidery to create a raised, dimensional effect. This technique is perfect for bold and impactful designs. Columns should be between 3mm to 12mm wide for the best results. Works best for hats and hoodies.

Embroidered Patches:

Embroidered patches are a versatile choice for achieving a detailed and solid-filled design. These patches are stitched onto fabric separately and then heat-transferred onto the final garment. A $50 setup fee applies for orders under 50 pieces. Available for hats, hoodies and shirts.

Perma-twill:

Perma-twill combines print and laser-cut precision for a unique, durable finish. These patches are adhered to garments to create a professional, patch-like appearance. Available in quantities of 20+; orders under 20 incur a $45 setup fee. Suitable for hats only.

Leather Patches:

Add a touch of sophistication with debossed or embossed leather patches. These patches are heat-pressed directly onto garments, creating a clean, thread-free look. Available for hats only.

Sublimated Patches:

Sublimated patches are perfect for vibrant and photo-realistic designs. Using heat and pressure, we transfer intricate graphics onto high-quality patches, ensuring sharp and detailed results. Available for hats only.

Woven Patches:

For intricate details and a smooth, professional finish, woven patches are an excellent choice. They are made using fine threads to capture every detail in your design. Heat-pressed for a durable, clean application. Available for hats only.
