Ordered a hat and at first was accidentally sent a similar one which is NOT a complaint -- these were ones that would be easy to mix up when looking at a glance. The response however was phenomenal -- they replied within the hour, telling me they would send the appropriate hat at no extra cost and to give the other one to someone who wanted it! This plus the quality, communication, and speed of turnaround were so phenomenal that I went back to them when there was another specific hat I wanted. This one wasn't on their website and wound up being a custom hat. Not only was this the same price as a non-custom hat, working with them to plan it was effortless. The best part is, I contacted them with the hat idea on the 26th, and was holding my new hat in my hands the evening of the 29th -- and the shipping was free!!!! 10/10 in every category I can think of, cannot recommend them enough for all your hatting needs
