THREAD CHART
Thread colours are approximate representation only. Variances in monitor types, stitch types, and stitch angles may change the look of these colours.
How to use this thread colour chart
Embroidery is stitched with polyester thread, not printed with ink, so colours come from a fixed palette of thread spools rather than a CMYK mix. This chart shows every thread colour we stock, with its code, so you can call out exact colours when you order custom embroidered hats, hoodies or patches. Screens vary — if you are matching a brand colour, tell us the Pantone reference in your order notes and we'll pick the closest thread and confirm it on your digital proof before anything is stitched.
Not sure which colours will read best on your garment? High contrast between thread and fabric keeps small text legible, and most logos embroider well with two to four colours. Your dedicated designer can suggest combinations when they prepare your free mockup.
