At CustomCaps.ca we go to great lengths to make sure that all orders are created accurately and at the highest quality. We are however human, and mistakes can happen. We feel it is how we handle mistakes that will earn your trust, and keep you as a customer.
Cancellations after approval of the design with our consultants will be charged a 30% restocking fee. A 30% restocking charge also applies to any orders over 50 pcs, as the caps are special ordered for you when purchased. There are no cancellations after the item has entered the embroidery stage, as the item is now altered, and can't be resold.
Due to the personalized nature of our work, we will only replace defective items, or refund payment if we are unable to replace the
defective item.
Thread colour may vary from the digital representation. We do our best to provide you with the closest colour match to your design. We try to provide a digital prood that is closest representation to the colour used. Having said that, we do not gurantee thread colour will match your original design.
Sizing sizing varies from manufacturers. When possible, we have included the manufacturers sizing chart in the product description. Please make sure you have contacted us ahead of time about sizing if you are unsure. We are not responsible for incorrect size, style or colour.
