Shipping & Delivery Information
All orders are shipped from our facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario. We do not rely on a single courier; instead, we select the most reliable and cost-effective shipping method available for your destination. Depending on your location, this may include Canada Post, Sendle, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS.
Processing Times
Our standard processing time is 5–9 business days before your order is shipped. If your order is time-sensitive, please inform us when placing it, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Free Shipping Policy
- We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (before tax).
- Free shipping covers shipping costs up tob $50 CAD.
- For remote or hard-to-reach regions in Canada where shipping costs are substantially higher, additional charges may apply.
Important Details
- Taxes are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
- Some carriers (such as Purolator, FedEx, and UPS) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Delivery times provided by couriers are estimates only. CustomCaps cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been shipped, as these are outside of our control.
