For reference I ordered a custom printed shirt and a crewneck with custom embroidery both made from images I sent them. Overall my experience with Custom Caps was amazing. The website was much easier to use than other brands I had tried to use create these gifts, they also have more selection. Their customer service was excellent, and they responded to my emails very quickly which is rare with customer service nowadays. they recreated the images I sent pretty much perfectly.
